Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Founder Signals website at founder-signals.com. By using the site you accept them. They cover this website only — if you join the programme, a separate agreement covers that, and it takes precedence over anything here.

Applying is not acceptance

Submitting the application form does not enrol you, reserve a place, or create any contract between us. We review applications and decide which to take forward, at our discretion. We are not obliged to give reasons, and we may close applications at any time.

Any pricing, cohort size or timeline shown on this site is indicative and may change. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.

What you tell us

You agree that what you submit is accurate and yours to submit. Please do not put confidential information into the application form — it is a short intake form, not a secure channel, and we do not treat its contents as being under an obligation of confidence unless we have separately agreed one with you in writing.

Our content

The text, design, structure and materials on this site are owned by Founder Signals or used under licence. You may read, quote and link to them normally. You may not republish substantial parts, or reproduce the system, method or its structure as your own product or programme, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit applications that are automated, fraudulent, or not genuinely yours;
• probe, scrape, overload or interfere with the site or the systems behind it;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone else's rights.

We may rate-limit, block or refuse access where we reasonably believe this is happening.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee either. Content here is general commercial information, not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and it is not a promise of any particular business result. Outcomes described on this site are examples of what specific founders produced, not a prediction of what you will.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data arising from your use of this website.

Where this site links elsewhere, we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of protections available under the law of your country of residence.
